Our relief Veterinarians are paid a competitive salary with additional pay for swing, overnight or weekend shifts, and have an opportunity to work in a variety of practices from multi-specialty/ER hospitals to GP. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, examine, diagnose and treat animals, prescribe medications, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, administer vaccinations, etc.

Veterinary System Services is looking for seasoned veterinarians (minimum 2 years of experience after graduation), who are interested in working for over 100 clinics along the front range who perform a variety of types of medicine. If you are interested in either part time or full time relief, we can help you get the schedule you want!
The successful candidate will join a team of credentialed relief staff servicing over 100 clinics along the Colorado front range from Cheyenne, WY to Castle Rock, CO. These clinics are evaluated by our management team prior to entering into a service agreement. The team ensures that our staff has access to facilities that enable them to obtain timely diagnoses and provide high-quality medical care, while working in environments that are team-oriented.

This relief position offers veterinarians the flexibility to choose their own schedule, build their relief network, and to work under the umbrella of Veterinary System Services.
All applicants must hold a current Colorado State Veterinary Medical License, as well as current PLIT coverage. Salary: $45 to $75/hour plus 10%-20% per hour shift differentials. VSS also offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more!
